Cookie Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Layora Melbourne uses cookies and similar technologies on layoramelbourne.com.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites work properly, remember your preferences, improve performance and support features such as the shopping cart and checkout.

The types of cookies we use

1. Necessary cookies
These cookies are needed for our website to work. They keep the website secure, remember the items in your cart and make checkout possible. Because the website cannot work without them, these cookies are always active.

2. Analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages are visited most. This helps us improve our store. We only use them if you give your consent.

3. Marketing cookies
These cookies, such as the Meta Pixel from Facebook and Instagram, help us show you relevant ads and measure how well our advertising works. We only use them if you give your consent.

Your choice

When you first visit our website, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics and marketing cookies. Declining them does not affect your ability to shop with us.

You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link at the bottom of our website. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings, although blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of our website from working.

Shopify cookies

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify uses cookies and similar technologies to support store functionality, checkout, security and analytics. You can read more in Shopify’s own cookie policy.

Third party cookies

Some third party services we use may also place cookies, including:

  • Shopify, for store functionality and checkout
  • Payment providers, for secure payments
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising, if you accept marketing cookies
  • Analytics tools, to understand website traffic, if you accept analytics cookies

These providers handle your information according to their own privacy policies. For more about how we handle your personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.
